RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be confirmed in writing. In some cases some suppliers may ask for a deposit in order to secure the booking and as a result e-voyages will ask the Tour operator for a deposit.

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer in the currency stipulated on the invoice. Only copies of bank transfers stamped by the bank will be accepted as proof of payment. Payment by cheque is not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

• 32 days or more: no cancellation charges
• 31-15 days: 50% cancellation charge
• 15-7 days: 75% cancellation charge
• Groups cancelled after this period: 100% cancellation charge
• Individual reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival: 100% cancellation charges
• Partial reduction in numbers after confirmation and within 30 days of arrival: in some cases hotels may charge these in full and this will be mentioned in the confirmation you will receive from us. We strongly advise customers to subscribe to a travel insurance which will cover such costs.

Please note:

If any other cancellation conditions and payment terms are applicable to a particular contract these will be notified in writing at the time of the order confirmation. In some cases (especially for large groups and in busy times) some hotels may extend the cancellation deadline and E-voyages will notify the Tour Operator accordingly upon confirmation.

LIABILITY

E-voyages Ltd give notice that all arrangements for transport and conveyance, and for hotel accommodation or for any services, are made by us as agent on express condition that we shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or irregularity howsoever caused. We strongly recommend that all clients take out travel insurance. Any contract entered into with the E-voyages Ltd will be subject to the law and jurisdiction of England and Wales.
