DAY 1 : EDINBURGH

Arrival Edinburgh airport. Meet & greet by your local guide.

Transfer to the city center, sightseeing tour during which you will discover the medieval town with the Royal mile, Holyrood palace, Princes street, Calton Hill and the more recent part of the city: the Georgian area.

Lunch at the Circus wine bar and grill located in the heart of the city. Contemporary food with fresh local produce.

Visit of the famous Edinburgh castle, symbol of the Scottish history. You will have the opportunity to admire the crown jewels and admire the magnificent view from the ramparts.

Transfer to your castle hotel in the area (ex : Airth castle à Falkirk) You will be piped into the hotel where you will enjoy a welcome glass of local whisky. Traditional Scottish dinner in a private room of the castle. 4 course menu "Taste of Scotland" with the famous Haggis.

DAY 2: PERTHSHIRE AND THE TROSSACHS

Fly fishing on Loch Tay - for 2 hours on board of a small boat you will discover the fly fishing techniques with an instructor on one of the famous Loch for salmon and rainbow trout fishing: ideal for beginners.


Or alternative rafting on river Tay. For 3h you will experience an adrenaline rush on one of the largest volume river in Scotland. Ideal for first-time rafters as stretches of quiet water will allow you ample time to practice paddling techniques and enjoy the scenery.

Lunch in a traditional pub

This afternoon visit VIP of a distillery with whisky tasting and journey to Stirling. Visit of Stirling castle, centre point of the Scottish history, where Wallace and Robert Bruce the King held some war meeting.

DAY 3 : FIFE

Quad bike activity on Melville Castle estate. After some professional instruction and once you've got to grips with quad bike handling on our agility course, you can tackle our quad bike trekking circuit.

Or for the golf lovers a round of golf on a nearby course. This magnificent course (18 holes) has been created by top Scottish designer Graham Webster, in order to provide a superb and rewarding challenge for golfers of all standards.

Drive to Edinburgh. Free time to discover the city's luxurious charms. Check in in your 4* city centre hotel

Transfer to the Dome restaurant for your dinner. Dinner at the Dome. This stunning building was once the rather impressive headquarters of the Commercial Bank of Scotland. Thanks to an extravagant conversion, it's now the even more impressive home of The Dome. There's an authentic 1930's cocktail bar, a delightful, parasol-covered garden café and an elegant grill room beneath the spectacular cupola, with mosaic floors and stained glass windows.

DAY 4 : EDINBURGH
